Executive Job Description	Sales and Marketing Operations Manager Global Financial Solutions Firm specializing in front to back integrated real time portfolio and risk management software is hiring a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager. Sales Description · Contract processing; internal and client management and distribution of contracts. · Sales Forecast and reporting preparation. · Weekly forecast reports, quarterly sales reports, client profile reporting. · Lead tracking and management. · License management; processing new and dropped users; updating appropriate systems and monitoring of such. · Assistance with scheduling of appointments and meetings with clients. Marketing Description o Salesforce.com maintenance; enforce quality and completeness of salesforce.com data (accounts, contacts, data). o Fulfillment activities; help assemble and disseminate direct marketing mailings (informational, promotional and other types of campaigns). o E-mail list management; maintenance and management of one or more primary contact lists drawn from databases such as EurekaHedge for use in sales contact and direct marketing activities. o Logistical help at trade show events and special events. o Logistical support in conjunction with future customer loyalty and/or outreach campaigns and activities. o Scanning various Internet news sources for stories of interest to management and sales personnel. The challenge in this task is two-fold: 1) knowing what constitutes “newsworthy” from a company perspective, 2) selecting the news channels to be monitored and scanning them on a consistent basis. o Search for Internet-based directories of software vendors and/or financial service providers Education and/or Experience: · Salesforce experience · 4-year degree · Business or marketing background · 2-5 years of professional experience Qualifications and/or Skills: · Strong communication and organizational skills · Word, Excel, PowerPoint
