Primary responsibilities include: Lead and direct the development and execution of all Property and Lease programs and agreements for multiple office locations throughout North America and develop a long term plan nationally Develop and direct category management, change management, strategic alliances and supplier management services Develop and build relationships with key national and local Property Management firms as well as tenant representatives , consultants and leasing agents in commercial real estate Direct negotiations and contract administration with suppliers and vendors Develop standards for office configurations, consolidations and expansions as well as office interiors products to maintain a standard branding theme for all locations Develop and maintain a centralized tracking program of all leases for multiple sites to include asset tracking, lease terms, real estate taxes and develop a national standards program. Develop short and long term solutions to achieve overall cost reductions, cost-containment and asset growth objectives. Position Requirements: Approximately 10 + years of experience in managing portfolios of Property and Lease programs, preferably on a national or regional basis. Approximately 8 + years of experience in negotiations and contract review including landlord negotiations and development of supplier and service agreements . Expertise with procurement principles and practices , purchasing, contract negotiations and management, and supplier management services is mandatory Negotiations - Highly honed negotiation skills, developed through significant deal-making experience Compelling evidence of leadership capabilities over a direct staff or in leading high performance internal and external teams and consultants
Education: Undergraduate degree preferred in Business or Management CPM (Certified Property Manager) or ACM (Accredited Commercial Manager) is preferred * Please note that we are considering only Houston based candidates for this role as there is no relocation assistance
