Executive Job Description	Human Resource Dimensions is working with an international client looking for an International Construction Manager responsible for onsite international and domestic projects. Responsibilities: -Project Financial Management and Reporting - Team Leadership - Scheduling - Management of client relationships - Contract Negotiations Minimum Requirements/Qualifications - Minimum of 10 years experience in construction management, including 5 years of field, and 5 years of constructability and engineering integration. - B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management - Ability to develop, organize, and manage multiple tasks - Excellent decision making and creative problem solving skills - Familiarity with commissioning and validation concepts, procedures, protocols and requirements - International Experience - Mobility - Working knowledge of MS Project and Excel are essential - Construction Management experience including directing construction, installation oversight and startup. - Change order management; Cost estimating; Equipment relocation; Facility preparation; Construction oversight; Resource coordination; Schedule management; Construction documentation; Testing Desirable Characteristics -Advanced Degree - Fluent in Spanish - Experience with facility, process, packaging, utility, and control systems in the food industry is highly desirable. - Experience in Central and/or Central America - Food Safety Experience Compensation Considerations - Competitive US Base Salary and Benefits Packages - International Assignment premiums and support To be considered candidates must apply online at www.hrdracc.com.
