Executive Job Description	Restaurant chain seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to oversee and lead their franchise community in the Northeast. The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead and direct the Franchise Operators; ensuring that each Operator executes strategic operations initiatives that are designed to improve and strengthen restaurant operating standards with respect to quality, service, cleanliness, value, sales and profitability. The individual selected for this role will be based in New York or New Jersey. Requirements: Ideal candidate must have a strong background in Franchise Operations/Business Consulting and Multi-Unit Restaurant Management experience. Franchise consulting and new unit opening experience is required. Organization is looking for an individual with strong consulting, communication and leadership skills; a proven ability to set goals and inspire store level teams and Franchisees toward personal improvement and operational development. The individual selected will have a passion for restaurant operations and conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism. College degree is preferred.
