Executive Job Description	Nationally recognized full service restaurant chain seeks an Executive Director of Operations to oversee 20+ restaurants in their southeast market and a team of 3 District Managers. This territory includes Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Mississippi and Alabama. This role will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and coaching company standards, expectations, culture; and setting goals/clear expectations that are in alignment with company objectives. This role will be accountable for financial operations of all restaurants in their region and will work directly with the senior leadership team to assist in achieving P&L results, maximizing profits, building sales and guest traffic, and controlling costs. This position will report to a Vice President of Operations. Requirements: Successful candidate must have a strong multi-unit background with in the full service/casual dining segment and experience overseeing a team of District Managers.
