Executive Job Description	Full service restaurant chain seeks a District Manager in Kentucky. This individual will be accountable for financial operations of multiple restaurants. This will include maximizing profits, building sales, and controlling costs. This role will also be accountable for establishing, maintaining, and coaching company standards, expectations, and culture. Additionally, the District Manager must provide effective leadership in the areas of local store marketing, training, defining priorities, and building commitment to the company’s mission and objectives. This role will report to a Director of Operations and could be based in Lexington or Louisville. Requirements: Successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years multi-unit experience with in the full service/casual dining restaurant segment. Organization is looking for an individual who is results oriented with strong financial/business acumen. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must. Successful candidate will have excellent leadership and people development skills.
