Executive Job Description	Director of Solar Installation – 40 Year-old Real Estate / Energy Lite Solar, a well-funded subsidiary of International Finance, a long time CA real estate development/energy Company with offices and installations in Hawaii, California, Louisiana, Massachusetts/Connecticut, Oregon, New Jersey, and soon in Puerto Rico is looking for an experienced solar installation executive to be located in Louisiana and run its regional construction division. Lite Solar has been funded to install at least 200 MW of PV systems a year, and currently has 100 MWs of projects in the pipeline, and needs to expand its operations to meet company goals. The position reports to the CEO and manages an installation division but could also assist in management of the design division. The position objective is to meet or exceed production goals and continue expanding the capacity and capability of the Company. Duties 1. Expand staff; improve process and tools that maintain high performing teams to produce the most efficient and consistent installation services across the country. 2. Further value engineer our present low cost design and integrate our technology into our efficient service delivery 3. Attract recruit and motivate high functioning managers. 4. Improve and expand our culture of innovation, and high productivity. 5. Overview the installation of PV systems for multifamily and commercial projects on roofs and parking. 6. Stream line existing installation policies and procedures based on industry best practices. 7. Prepare installation budgets on a project-by-project and division basis. 8. As member of executive team - assist in developing and customizing proposals to various clients. Minimum Requirements: 1. Previous experience directing a large ($300M) commercial solar or other commercial installation department / division is a plus. 2. Hands-on experience in directing/controlling large construction projects is a must. 3. A history of progress through the construction trade from field to executive office is helpful. 4. Construction and or electrical engineering degree preferred. 5. Minimum ten years construction and design experience with commercial, electrical design and construction; minimum of one year solar installation experience on commercial projects required. 6. Should have solar installation certifications or extensive commercial electrical construction experience Additional 1. Compensation is commensurate with the market and candidates experience. 2.
