Executive Job Description | Full service restaurant chain seeks a Director of Operations for their Mid-Atlantic region. This individual will be accountable for financial operations of multiple restaurants. This will include maximizing profits, building sales, and controlling costs. This role will also be accountable for establishing, maintaining, and coaching company standards, expectations, and culture. The Director of Operations must provide effective leadership in the areas of operations, finance, local store marketing, training, defining priorities, and building commitment to the company’s mission and objectives. Organization prefers this individual be based in New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
Requirements:
Successful candidate must have a strong multi-unit background with in the full service dining segment. Organization is looking for an individual who has a proven track record in developing people, who is results oriented, and has strong communication and organizational skills.
