Executive Job Description	Restaurant chain seeks a Director of Operations to oversee 30+ restaurants. This role will be accountable for overseeing a team of District Managers and the financial operations of the restaurants in their region. This includes maximizing profits, building sales, and controlling costs. This role is responsible for effective selection, management and development of top performing managers with in the region and will provide ongoing leadership and coaching to District Managers in order to facilitate continued growth and achievement of company objectives; providing effective leadership in the areas of operations, finance, local store marketing, training, defining priorities, and building commitment to the company’s mission and objectives. This role reports to a Vice President of Operations and will be based in Atlanta. Requirements: Successful candidate must have current or prior experience working in the Atlanta market. A strong background in multi-unit restaurant operations management and overseeing a team of District Managers is required. The individual selected will have a demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of management teams; with a proven ability to increase guest counts, financial performance and employee/guest satisfaction.
