Executive Job Description	Responsible for day-day operations of the management of commercial portfolio – 2 mil sf – 16 Properties primarily retail with some office. Ensure the efficient management of company assets by: preparing and maintaining the adherence to budgets; monitoring income and expenses; calculating direct expense reimbursement and common area maintenance fees; liaising with and managing 3rd party property management companies and leasing teams; in-house property management and maintenance crews; and negotiating leases. Handle investor relations with over 200 TIC and private investors including preparing and auditing monthly/ quarterly financial statements. Develop and implement asset business plans by conducting market evaluations and setting and achieving occupancy goals. Provide marketing assistance by promoting securitized real estate opportunities to broker-dealers and at conferences, and assisting in the sale of investment opportunities with our team. Qualifications: • Minimum of five years of experience as an executive in the commercial property management field, including property operations, lease negotiations, financial management and reporting. • Bachelor's degree. • Proficient in Yardi and MS Excel. 6 figure base, bonus, benefits Email confidential resume to REjobs@aol.com
