Executive Job Description | Need experienced asset manager with senior housing and/or long-term care
portfolio experience to be responsible for operations, financial/budgeting,
regulatory and compliance, capital draws/funding for national specialty portfolio
of 140 properties comprised of senior housing and long-term care facilities.
Degree and 5 years progressive property management experience including
senior housing and/or long-term care facilities, proficient with EXCEL.
