Executive Job Description	Full service restaurant chain seeks a Area Director to oversee their restaurants in Fargo/Grand Forks. This individual will be accountable for financial operations of the restaurants. This will include maximizing profits, building sales, and controlling costs. This role will also be accountable for establishing, maintaining, and coaching company standards, expectations, and culture. The Area Director must provide effective leadership in the areas of local store marketing, training, defining priorities, and building commitment to the company’s mission and objectives. This role will be report to a Vice President of Operations. Requirements: Successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years multi-unit full service/casual dining experience. Organization is looking for an individual who has strong communication and organizational skills, excellent leadership/people development skills, and is results oriented.
