Executive Job Description | Full service restaurant chain seeks an Area Director in Oklahoma. This individual will be accountable for financial operations of multiple restaurants. Primary responsibilities include maximizing profits, building sales, and controlling costs. This role will also be accountable for establishing, maintaining, and coaching company standards, expectations, and culture. Additionally, the Area Director must provide effective leadership in the areas of local store marketing, training, defining priorities, and building commitment to the company’s mission and objectives. This role will report to a Regional Vice President of Operations. Ideally, the individual selected will be based in Oklahoma City.
Requirements:
Successful candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years multi-unit restaurant management experience with in the full service/casual dining segment. Organization is looking for an individual with strong financial acumen and a customer focused approach to business. Influential communication/listening skills and excellent problem-solving/analytical skills are a must. Organization seeks an individual who is detailed/action oriented and demonstrates high standards of integrity, trust, and ethics. A Bachelors Degree is highly preferred.
