Executive Job Description | Position: eCommerce Group Product Manager- (Manager/Director Level position)

Description: The Sr. Product Manager - Cards and Stationery will drive the product strategy, and definition and execution of the product roadmap for Cards & Stationery, as well as lead all aspects of product line success. This is a highly visible and strategic role within the company. As a GPM you will partner closely with the business unit GM to drive the overall roadmap for the Cards & Stationery business. You will be the expert on product specifics, target market, and competitive landscape. You will be responsible for driving business growth, developing product positioning strategies, and creating a compelling Cards & Stationery strategy that delivers on customer and business needs.
Responsibilities include: -Drive the overall roadmap for Cards & Stationery and lead all aspects of product line success. -Help develop revenue forecasts and deliver revenue objectives. -Perform market research and competitive analysis. -Drive customer insights for product category and tie insights to business plans and product roadmap. -Leverage insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies. Collaborate strongly with cross-functional -Drive prioritization of features and tradeoffs, write feature specifications. -Work closely with other staff to ensure product goals are met - Drive innovation at the project level with considerable business impact.
Qualifications: -8+ years of product management experience -Product management experience with physical goods and/or consumer web applications and service sites such as photo, shopping, community and social networking -Experience leading and managing product teams -Experience with market research, competitive analysis and user testing -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment -Excellent project management skills and attention to detail -Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment -MBA a plus
