Executive Job Description | My client, a North American division of a European leading provider of Market Research information/solutions is seeking a VP of Sales to build and lead the growing North American sales team, bringing our best-in-class panel and survey solutions to market. Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of sales executives / account managers including recruiting, hiring, training - Define and execute the Sales process / strategy for North America - Responsible for delivery of North American sales target - Responsible for maintaining a personal sales quota in addition to managing the delivery of the overall North American sales target - Coordinate with President of North American and Global Marketing team to develop go-to-market strategy & associated sales materials - Manage regional lead generation activities, planning annual activities and budget - Responsible for Management Reporting against revenue and sales targets Job Requirements: - Minimum 15 years successful B2B sales experience including CRM software, customer feedback, and panel research solutions. - Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience - Experience in Market Research - Experience in selling to CPG, Technology, Pharmaceutical industries a plus - Must be able to identify the client’s customer insight needs and creatively harness solutions to address them. - Responsible for identifying and generating new business - Documented success in growing revenue - Documented success in new account penetration and account management - Ability to effectively present multiple opportunities to a customer - Ability to learn Company's tools and when required articulate the benefits and demonstrate its primary feature in a way that is relevant to the customer/prospect. - Ability to balance back and forth between high volume monthly sales and deep consultative sales relationships - Proven ability to make sound decisions and recommendations in solution sales environment
