You will be charged with leading the development and implementation of the Epicor Retail software product roadmap, by defining and prioritizing product vision and strategy; planning the product portfolio for all of Retail product offerings as they relate to business needs and customer impact; quantifying the market size for new features and product offerings; designing effective marketing strategies and tactics to drive continued growth of business in existing and new markets. This role requires a unique blend of business and technical gravitas; you will process a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality Role Responsibilities Include: • Collaboratively work with Sales, R&D and Consulting organizations to ensure accomplishments of strategic initiatives and revenue plan targets. • Develop and lead a highly effective product management team to execute the vision. Desired Background & Experience: • B.A. or MBA in business, software engineering or computer science • Demonstrated success in product management, strategy development, launches and execution of marketing strategies. • Strong initiative in recognizing and acting on product improvement opportunities • Ability to gain customer trust and confidence at C level. • Excellent analytical skills and ability to tie detailed analysis to larger strategy. • Ideally 10+ years of retail software product marketing/management experience.
