Executive Job Description | Responsibilities
Drive innovation and integration across team offerings for brand assignment Help lead across agency team and provide access to all network resources to ensure successful delivery -- on time, on budget, and on strategy -- against business objectives Serve as primary team interface with client product directors and directors of marketing strategy liaison with client on brand and business issues\ Become fully versed in the brand to which he/she is assigned Be or become fully versed in all agency operations Overall responsibility for driving the strategy on launch brand with multiple indications Oversee and direct multi-discipline teams, coordinating all disciplines to ensure strategic integrity and continuity Provide support and guidance to agency teams on key cross-functional issues Hands-on management/supervision of account management team Oversee growth and development of account team Manage non-dedicated personnel (resource sharing) to cover workload and ensure maximum billability Develop and maintain excellent client relationships through delivery of superior insights and products Oversee successful program strategy, quality and implementation Identify new business opportunity within existing and new clients Identify WPP partnership opportunities Develop and maintain productive relationships with creative leads on the business Prepare annual Statement of Work and staffing plan relevant to brand initiatives across all promotional outlets Manage the process of tracking changes (additions, deletions, changes in scope) to the SOW relevant to brand initiatives across all promotional outlets Review monthly and quarterly financial tracking reports with Finance leads and present reports to client brand management Knowledge and Skills
10 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing with at least 5 of those years being agency experience Cardiovascular experience REQUIRED(anticoagulation; antiplatelet; Atrial Fib; ACS) Managed Care/Payor experience with a strong understanding of strategies required to create brand access and build value-add programs in Managed Care a plus Minimum four (4) year degree required; Masters degree/MBA a plus Strong leadership skills to lead professional/digital promotion team Launch experience preferred Strong skill in Agency operations and processes Strong strategic skills and knowledge of specialty markets -- Professional promotion marketing in institutional and office settings Experience in working with collaboratively across agencies and across disciplines Large agency network experience a plus Client-relationship building skills across all levels Strong written and oral communication skills -- experience presenting strategic and tactical plans to senior management Sound financial skills -- has prepared budgets, staffing plans, and Statement/Scope of Work plans Detail oriented Drives for results High strategic fluency High digital fluency Must be ethical, a good listener, collaborative, committed to excellence and outstanding performance and have the ability to translate language to action
