Executive Job Description	MUST HAVE FASHION EXPERIENCE (WHOLESALE/RETAIL) AND HAVE MARKETED TO THE MILLENNIAL CUSTOMER!! Large multi channel brand/retailer seeks a VP of Marketing to conceptualize, develop and implement authentic marketing/interactive strategies that build and support a specific company brand and its positioning around creative possibilities. Reporting to the Brand President, this position will be responsible for leading critical marketing initiatives to create and deliver value to the brand and the business via tremendous marketing strategies to heavily include interactive/digital efforts. This position will provide overall direction and thought leadership to the marketing organization and across the brand's functional areas, which will emanate from superior understanding of the consumer's needs. Qualifications include a Bachelors degree; MBA preferred. Minimum of 8 years experience and a strong track record of leading and developing world-class marketing, interactive/digital/e-comm efforts, advertising and other cross-functional teams. Must have a proven track record in strategic marketing and creative marketing solutions that drive the business forward, preferably within the fashion/retail industry. Must have an understanding of brand/creative imaging. Must have the ability to function in a complex, fast paced, demanding and changing environment, as well as possess an entrepreneurial drive and passion for the business. Extremely intelligent individual; able to define strategic options, scenarios and consequences.
