Due to continued growth and success, they are seeking an experienced Financial Writer to join their team in the city ranked the #1 most livable city by the “Places Rated Almanac”, Pittsburgh.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Write commentaries, newsletters, articles, and collateral as needed for internal and external audiences
• Provide consistent messaging regarding the corporate brand
• Interview senior investment professionals and portfolio managers to gain insights into products
• Identify global economic trends and communicate events to internal and external clients
Background Requirements:
• 3 or more years of financial writing experience in the asset management industry
• Thorough knowledge of stock and bond market
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
• Journalism background a big plus
• BA/BS required, Finance or Economics major preferred; MBA/CFA a plus
