The Product Director, C3 Disposables and Diagnostics, leads the development and manages execution of the US Commercial Marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives for relevant product lines.
Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and business performance of all programs designed to increase revenue and market share.
He/She is responsible for the financial performance of relevant product lines as well as management and monitoring of key accounts, product trends, and initiatives. He/She will be a product expert on (C3 Disposables and Diagnostics) product lines and works closely with the US Sales & Field force
. Develops and manages strategic marketing plans and programs of (C3 Disposables and Diagnostics) product lines to grow business performance and meet/exceed US BP forecasts.
Proactively develops programs to stimulate demand for products, drive market share gains and increased adoption of these specialty catheters.
Researches, analyzes, and monitors US product line and sku level financials, demand trends, customer movements, so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
Understands and anticipates customer needs. Supports field proactively with on-going customer-facing activities and field presence.

Develops existing product value proposition (positioning, price, and promotion). Delivers product training at global mastery training programs and recertifications to ensure proficiency of BWI US field force. Collaboration with commercial excellence manager to develop proper training materials and ensure field proficiency.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Masters Degree (MBA) preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry required. At least 3 years experience developing commercial marketing strategies for new products.
Electrophysiology and Atrial Fibrillation technology knowledge preferred.
Selling skills and Integrity Selling training proficiency preferred. Statistical analysis experience required.
Proven track record of marketing leadership including product positioning, account development and marketing campaigns with strong analytical skills (proficient in Excel, trending, statistical analysis, P&L analysis, and database exposure) to measure results required. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional and marketing teams to deliver on objectives including revenue, market share and profitability preferred.
Experience in developing and implementing yearly business plans which include defining of marketing goals, strategies and tactics preferred.
Must be strategic-minded with superior collaboration skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn complex technology/clinical applications required.
Strong presentation skills required.
Up to 40% domestic travel required, including weekends for conferences or events.
