Executive Job Description | Senior manager responsible for driving the Media and Cross LOB checking strategies for Consumer Bank. Seasoned professional with proven ability to plan media, messaging and direct marketing programs, and drive results. Will also support Customer Acquisitions Manager with strategic/growth planning for Acquisitions organization. Key Responsibilities include: Media Strategy and execution „X Direct the optimal use of media dollars to drive account acquisition by partnering with Media Strategy and Analytics „X Manage the media forecast and plan „X Lead testing plans, objectives and analysis. Facilitate testing plans across the corporation and have strong knowledge of other LOB plans „X Work with Brand Marketing team in developing strong media messaging to drive Checking acquisitions „X Provide regular management summaries with key insights including, competitive spend, market trends, and checking production impacts. Cross LOB checking acquisition „X Manage the Cross LOB checking program strategic planning, budgeting, program development and execution „X Manage the Cross LOB relationships that are responsible for the acquisition channels (statement, online, direct mail, call center) „X Identify and test new growth opportunities „X Partner with Analytics on test design and program analysis Acquisitions growth opportunities „X Identify new customer acquisition opportunities to drive future growth „X Strong knowledge of and 12 plus years experience in direct marketing, media planning or segment management is required. „X Experience in financial services, life event marketing or retail marketing a plus. „X Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail; work well under pressure and tight deadlines. „X Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members. „X Results-focused approach and demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams to drive to concrete results and actions. „X Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement. „X Excellent written and oral communication skills. „X 4-year college degree.
