Executive Job Description | Marketing Program Manager Summary: This position provides senior level marketing and out-of-the-box thinking in support of Marketing leadership team’s key business initiatives. These initiatives not only reinforces and aligns CLIENT’s new brand position as a global consumer and customer engagement marketing services organization but drives stellar lead generation activity. Program focus is on efficiency, effectiveness and development of guidelines and best practices that are repeatable, scalable and operationally sound. The Marketing Program Manager supports and aligns programs and operational activities, tracks achievement of organizational objectives against plan and budget, consistent with enterprise-wide policies, requirements and activities. Job Description: The Marketing Program Manager will lead strategic and business impacting initiatives that provide strong or immediately realized value to the business. Work closely with VPs and Directors within Marketing Leadership Teams, as well as functional department partners as necessary to identify opportunities, define processes, increase marketing organizational efficiency and effectiveness, research issues, analyze data, summarize information, and build strategic recommendations to enable sound decision-making by executives and other relevant stakeholders. The incumbent will manage project planning, project execution and tracking; identify and document key issues, influence and gain commitment to change for various business initiatives involving cross-functional/cross-departmental teams. Types of key business initiatives could include: * Enterprise-wide Database roadmap and development * Lead Gen strategy, program execution and results * Global Brand Integration * Social Media strategy and best practices * Internal Agency Process * Key Marketing guidelines * Intellectual Property development, capitalization and marketability * Competitive intelligence program development * Participate in enterprise-wide projects * Forge strategic, working relationships with key internal constituencies * Ability to balance creativity, issues management and opportunities to generate awareness with resourcefulness while continuously seeking opportunities for alignment and synergy Basic Requirements • Demonstrated marketing project management skills that include strategic planning, cost management and execution, as well as the ability to multi-task among multiple projects against varied audiences • Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to conceptualize comprehensive communications campaigns • Proven experience and success in planning, developing and executing communication and outreach strategies that leverage message, image and position • Excellent knowledge of marketing terms and concepts, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines • Comfort with and ability to understand technical concepts • Ability to maintain positive approach under pressure • Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Demonstrated ability to be highly self-motivated and successful working alone or in a team environment • Broad knowledge of print, video and web-based communication tools • Bachelor’s degree required with 10 years marketing experience Nice to Have • Masters degree a plus
