Executive Job Description | Marketing Manager - $100K base - Capital Equipment Manaufacturing - Responsible for strategic planning and execution of the division growth initiatives. Including industry analysis, competitive assessments, financial modeling, partnership assessments, business development assessments and projects, long-term strategic planning, and near-term assessment of opportunities. Will travel globally to meet with Sales employees, industry representative, and government officials. Work closely with Marketing Research to develop product go-to-market strategies. Identify strategic opportunities, develop projects, and manage projects until the time of full implementation or abandonment. BS degree in Marketing or Sales MS or MBA required. 8 years required working experience in Finance, Marketing or Management consulting role and at least two-year leadership experience. A balance of theoretical thought and practical implementation is essential for success in this role. Excellent MS Excel, Project and Powerpoint skills. Must possess excellent quantitative and project management skills. Ability to effectively plan and organize. Demonstrated ability to use strategy and finance skills as well as have a firm grasp of operations, economics, and accounting. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data. Ability to write in a clear and concise manner. |
