seeking qualified candidates to join our Global Information Services (GIS) team in the role of Senior Manager – Go To Market, focused on our go to market business areas of brand marketing, sales, and service in North America.

In this role you will contribute overall strategic vision to the organization and integrate a broad range of ideas regarding business analysis, system requirements, and project management. You will liaise with the business departments in the North American Region (US, Canada, and Mexico), as well as coordinate with your global colleagues to analyze present and future system requirements, help shape major change initiatives within the organization, and be responsible for meeting the expectations of our business and information technology customers through process and system enablement.

• Play a critical role in activities such as strategic business planning, defining business requirements, preparing feasibility studies and business cases, and ensuring the delivery of business solutions.
• Identify innovations and key enablers for the business in the areas of business to consumer (B2C) and business to business (B2B) ecommerce, customer relationship management (CRM), and industry leading practices and tools to accelerate and optimize business capabilities.
• Lead critical GIS initiatives through initial conceptualizations and ensure a successful hand-off to GIS Global Business Solutions delivery team.
• Develop and lead strategic business opportunities, GIS annual operating plan, and annual investment & initiative priorities for the subsequent year in alignment with overall business & IT strategy.
• Educate and align leadership on the IT enterprise processes & capabilities related to North American business functions and organization to achieve/exceed business objectives.
• Provide fiduciary oversight of programs and sustaining investments/costs to deliver business financial objectives.
• Manage relationships and communicate with all geographic and market based Business Unit leadership (VP, Sr. VP, EVP, Pres. Etc), operational teams, and steering groups.
• Engage all leaders in developing and promoting an environment of learning and teaching to enable our competitive advantage and optimize our people. Ensure the best in class performance in leadership, core, operational and functional competencies for all people.
• Demonstrate professionalism as a business and change leader, serving as a role model for others in the organization.

Business or Information Technology degree is required. MBA Preferred. 7+ years experience in a consumer products or consulting environment with working knowledge of global supply & demand processes, customer relationship management, customer service management, and ecommerce business practices. Specifically, experience in large scale, global, multi-website IBM Websphere Commerce implementations in concert with Interwoven content management tools, and search tools such as Lucene and Endeca. Experience with end to end ecommerce transaction processing and integration to SAP Order Management, SAP Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Force Automation applications is preferred. Multinational experience working with offshore teams, 3rd party consultants and vendors, and knowledge of data management and system software technologies a plus. Strong influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills required. Strong analytical skills, experience solving practical issues, managing projects, and engaging teams of multiple process partners to consensus are critical success factors. Excellent knowledge and use of business tools for developing presentations, performing financial analysis, process design, and productivity measurements. Retail trade and consumer channel experience is desired.
