MUST BE US CITIZEN!!!
Must Haves 8+ years in ad agency experience, performance sports brand experience, and leadership backgound to be considered for this position.
MUST have performance sports brand experience.
MUST have ad agency experience.
Also proven ability to really lead, mentor and motivate a team of 4 or more.
Would like to see prior experience managing a small team about this size.
Must understand retail.
Interactive experience good, but not critical (most of this work is traditional) but digital is desirable as it allows them the ability to move onto other business, including new business.
Should also “live the brand” and be interested in outdoor things like skiing, snowboarding, running, hiking, biking, mountaineering etc. as the team often joins the client on photo shoots, events, expeditions, etc.
Need a senior level person that can really lead the strategy on the business.
Probably 8+ years agency experience ... previous Director-level would be ideal.
