The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and implementing global marketing plans which include financial targets, communication goals, innovation strategy and the definition of Brand Health metrics. The on-going financial and market performance of the brand around the world will be maintained and managed as part of the role.
Develop an annual brand plan that fits into the full Divisional Global Marketing Strategy Evaluate product and brand performance and develop sales expansion actions with regional, country and channel managers Have an in-depth understanding and insight of the target customer across all major markets channels, Hospital, Retail, GP, Endo, Diabetes Educator/Nurse and patient Drive product innovation plans, partnering with R&D, setting clear vision based on solid customer insight and business needs
Open new market opportunities both Geographically, medically and by channel Work on packaging and improving the user experience with the global packaging
You should possess 8 - 10 years Marketing Experience, with 5 years Healthcare Professional based Marketing plus Consumer Products background Experience working on a global brand and developing and executing marketing plans and strategies that enhance market share and profitability
