This role is to support the development of a global marketing strategy for Technology and innovation as to drive the tactical implementation of that strategy across the organization, and to ensure cross-program awareness and implementation of the strategy. You will work with many global functions such as Program Management, R&D, Marketing and Communications, Business Development, and global market/country heads. You will sit on cross-functional Core Teams for new and existing products, working with the team to integrate the Technology strategy into individual products.
Responsibilities are as follows: Develop tactical plans to implement global marketing technology /integrate the technical strategy into the launch plans of individual markets
Must be aware of technology trends both in healthcare and in local and global markets Review concepts, technologies, and business opportunities for technology competence Keep senior management abreast of technology trends that will be meaningful to the audience
Skills Required Complete understanding of digital marketing and experience delivering sound technical solutions. Understand Social media and advertising/ Consumer technology devices and trends Familiarity with presentation layer and RIA development using technologies such as Flash/AIR, Ajax, Silverlight, and others. Web analytics /Mobile platforms and mobile development /Content management /Emerging touch and display technologies/data analysis, data warehousing and data aggregation approaches and solutions
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
8-10 yrs marketing experience (mix of in-house and agency experience preferred)
5 yrs in brand management
Must have experience w/ P&L, Consumer Insights, brand strategy, brand innovation
Deep understanding of social media, advertising, consumer technology devices and trends, media, web analytics, CMS,
