Executive Job Description	Fixed Income Product Manager - (US-NY-New York) Minimum Education: Bachelors Job Type: Full Time Jobcode: ISSJA8 The Fixed Income Product Manager is responsible for planning and execution of the product throughout its lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Senior Management, Engineering, Support and Sales to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. The Fixed Income Product Manager is expected to: 1. Define the product strategy and roadmap 2. Deliver Business Requirements and Functional requirements with prioritized features and corresponding justification 3. Manage the release cycle to ensure timely delivery of product versions. 4. Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples 5. Be an expert with respect to market developments and innovations 6. Be an expert with respect to the competition Required experience and knowledge 1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager or Senior Business Analyst 2. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products 3. 5+ years of experience in Fixed Income with an emphasis on operational processes 4. Extensive knowledge of Fixed Income Products and Derivatives including Credit, Mortgage and Structured Products (See Attached Product Grid) 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 6. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) 7. Technical background, with experience in Portfolio Management systems, market interfaces, financial engineering, and project management 8. Excellent teamwork skills 9. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority 10.
