Executive Job Description | Our client is a Texas-based asset management and mutual fund firm with over $100 billion in assets under management. Due to continued growth they are seeking a Financial Writer to join their team in Texas. A generous relocation package will be provided to the right candidate if needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Write marketing communication materials including whitepapers, brochures, fact sheets, newsletters, thought leadership papers, sales presentations, magazine content, and reports to be used to market products to institutional investors
• Work with the communications department to develop web content for the firm’s public and secure websites
• Create sales materials for conferences and client meetings
• Work with senior executives to write speeches and presentation content
• Write and develop video scripts and portfolio attribution descriptions
• Answer ad hoc requests
Background Requirements:
• 5 – 10 years of experience within marketing communications in the financial services or asset management industry
• Excellent research, writing, and marketing communications skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work
• BA/BS required
