Executive Job Description	Established U.S. Firearms Manufacturer is seeking a Director, Product Managment - Firearms to manage and insure the profitablity and competitive positioning of thier products in the market. This position is responsible for understanding the target market and keeping the product line competitive on both price and features with key responsiblity for the profitablity of the product line. The ability to develop and produce Strategic Planning documests is required. Must be able to understand financial reporting and prepare and explain financial analysis to measure project performance. Must be able to prepare and deliver presentation materials to senior level managment. Must have a solid understanding and grasp of technical concepts as they relate to product design and manufacturing. BS Degree required, Masters preferred 4+ years of marketing expereince, preferably in the firearms or sporting industy.
