Executive Job Description | Director of Marketing, Patient Care- (Job #169 DMPC)
We are seeking a Director of US Marketing with expertise in medical device marketing. The Director of Marketing will assume direct responsibility for US domestic branding, marketing strategy and channel optimization for a comprehensive product portfolio. You will oversee product marketing and positioning for pipeline development and product launch as well as re-launch activities for established products requiring line extensions and compliance with heightened regulatory scrutiny. Part of your role will be to ensure successful growth and retention strategies, build brand loyalty. You will also need to be able to create and execute direct market research plans to maximize impact of marketing mix to drive brand objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:
Executing successful growth and retention strategies across all customer segments. Lead the team to execute tactics that build brand loyalty. Work closely with cross functional team members to integrate brand messages and elements across portfolio. Lead the team to execute focused efforts to drive market share. Lead development of integrated communication plan to drive maximum impact. Guide the franchise portfolio team on product enhancements. Lead integration and execution of brand strategies through tactical plans across all customer segments. Direct market research plans for the brand elements and messages. Develop and execute plan to minimize impact of marketing mix to drive brand objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s of Arts or Bachelor’s of Science. MBA preferred A minimum of 15 years of Healthcare or Pharma marketing experience is required Proven track record of leading a pharma/consumer brand and/or franchise. Proven experience in developing strategic plans and their flawless execution. Must be able to lead large, cross-functional teams to deliver timely, impactful results. Should embrace teamwork and strive to create an environment of high performing teams. Demonstrate ability to integrate brand elements and messages across portfolio. Experience in prioritizing and directing market research plans. Experience in developing contingency plans to address potential business situations.
