Executive Job Description | The Director of Marketing/Marketing Research will contribute to the strategic development and integration of brand and customer strategies, including execution of programs toward the successful launch of a pipeline product. It also manages both brand and customer marketing teams and achievement of area sales and profit targets.
Responsibilites Candidate will assist in the development of effective marketing strategies and programs for a therapeutic area by providing analytical and strategic input. Candidate assists in developing operational brand plan and set strategies and specific goals for new product development. Developing core branding, positioning and messaging Developing go to market strategy for US launch Monitors product strategy success and adjusts accordingly Collaborates on joint commercial strategies with Sales/NHA leadership Builds relationships with national KOLs Provide an environment that fosters learning, open communication and teamwork to maintain and expand capabilities. Regularly communicates with other internal support functions to get internal customer feedback about how the marketing group can better serve their needs and still yield mutual success Ensures alignment of alliance partners with brand strategy

Qualifications Bachelors Degree is required. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10 to 15 years of experience in Healthcare field and at least 5 years in years of oncology product management experience Oncology launch experience preferred Radiopharmaceutical experience preferred Strong experience in leading teams toward strategic decisions including the development and implementation of brand plans. Demonstrated ability to be a high level contributor or leader of multiple projects, processes or functions is essential in this role. Should have a strong ability to converse with professionals about several disease states/product categories Should have a demonstrated ability to present complex issues to higher level management and contribute to high level presentations and discussions. Willingness to travel 30% to 40% Domestically Development of advertising and promotional activities of the outside agencies and services involved in developing and implementing assigned product group advertising and promotional products Candidates must be either current US Citizens or Green Card holders. |
