Executive Job Description | I am networking with prominent professionals with the goal of obtaining candidate referrals or recommendations. Capodice & Associates has been retained to conduct a priority executive search for an experienced Director of International Marketing. Our client is the most pronounced leader in the Casual/Family restaurant industry. Qualified candidates will receive immediate and confidential consideration. The candidate profile is summarized as follows:
TITLE: Director International Marketing
LOCATION: West Coast - California
COMPENSATION: Base Salary
SCOPE: Responsible for the strategic branding and marketing activities to grow the brand internationally.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Pertinent skills, traits and requirements include:
Provide marketing leadership and guidance.
Develop communicate and share international strategy and plans international franchisees, & licensees.
Assist with the development of market specific plans
Approve all marketing activities; annual plans, quarterly plans, & specific tactics and materials.
Provide guidance on menu management and creative materials.
Monitor compliance to brand integrity and brand standards
Monitor licensees/franchisees marketing investment for compliance.
International experience a MUST
Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred
Must have Consumer Products background as it relates to food or restaurant.
Must have a Bachelors Degree MBA
