1. 8- 10 years of progressive marketing and brand management experience with a ‘blue chip’ Consumer Packaged Goods Company. 2. Must have strong track record of brand building successes and strong leadership across multiple positions. 3. Successfully developed and executed communication campaigns across diverse media channels. 4. Experience managing a $50 Million (or greater) advertising and communications budget. 5. Experience managing a team of at least 5 direct reports.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Consumer Experience Director reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing for the Passenger and Light Truck Business Unit. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES: This individual will:
• Have documented success in developing communication campaigns across multiple media channels, as well as a strong foundation in marketing and brand management principles. • Lead a team of marketing professionals to plan, develop, and implement holistic consumer experiences initiatives for the assigned brands • Create the vision for implementing “BIG” consumer ideas that enhance brand imagery, strengthen customer loyalty, and stay true to the brand’s promise. • Understand the consumer experience throughout the purchase and post purchase process and its impact on both brand image and loyalty. • Understand effectiveness and efficiency of communication touch points, determine return on investment of activities and develop corrective actions as needed. • Create a “hot house” for testing and experimenting of new communication platforms to further enhance the consumer experience to drive brand growth. • Identify and share best practices across both the North American Zone (Canada, U.S., and Mexico) and Global counter parts. • Inspire senior global marketing leaders by consistently delivering thought provoking insights that drive marketing strategies and ultimately business results.
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s degree is required. A MBA in marketing is highly desired.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive marketing and brand management experience with a “blue chip” Consumer Packaged Goods Company. • Must have demonstrated great track record of brand building successes (key performance metrics) and strong leadership across multiple positions. • Track record of successfully developing and executing communication campaigns across diverse media channels (TV, Print, Internet, Out of Home, Events and In-store). • Experience in communication planning (media and digital planning) and receptivity research. • Experience in managing a +$50 million advertising and communications budget. • Prior experience of managing a team of at least 5 direct reports. • Ideal candidate will have experience in both digital (internet) and influencer marketing. • Strong interest in automotive category is highly desired. • Experience working in highly matrixed organizations.
