Executive Job Description | Description:
Our client company is seeking a Director of Category Management for medical devices. This individual will be responsible for strategic marketing, inside sales, procurement and some facets of operations. This position will be based in the greater Detroit area.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
Experience working with physicians, nurses and technologists in hospital and private practices
10-15 years of progressive experience in healthcare/medical device industry
Strong leadership skills and team-building skills in matrixed organization
Strong strategic marketer; direct marketing skills and financial acumen
Prefer candidates from the greater Detroit area; but light relocation assistance is available for those outside of the Detroit area.
The base salary is around $120,000 plus bonus and possible equity.
