Director CGC Brand Marketing (Managed Markets)
My client, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, with an award winning pipeline, is actively searching for a Director, CGC Brand Marketing.
The Corporate and Government Customer (CGC) Brand Team is responsible for identifying and applying deep C&G Customer insights to deliver open access and greater value of our products and company to our customers while maximizing the value of our brands. The CGC brand team operates in an environment that continuously embraces and encourages the implementation of innovative ideas and creates a culture of collaboration and teamwork within and across customer teams. As a lead of the C&GC brand team you will be responsible for shaping and executing brand CGC customer strategies and programs based on deep customer insights for each CGC segment.
The Director, CGC Brand Marketing will:
- Strong experience in both Medicare Part B and D
- Ensure appropriate access for the brands
- Ensure appropriate push-through activities
- Develop and effectively communicate the value propositions
- Identify pull through opportunities
- Develop payer tool kit for both brands
- Develop Workers Compensation value story and target key customers
- Represent the US region in the Market Access Group as it develops our Part B strategy
- Identify and prioritize key opportunities by Customer type and anticipate and address future competitive threats
- Work with contracting to understand individual customer strategy within assigned Regions.
Compensation: 150k - 180k + Bonus and Options
