Executive Job Description | CLIENT SUMMARY
The client firm, privately held, draws upon their 25 years of professional experience and cutting edge technology to provide clients with superior customized cost management solutions in the areas of legal cost management, legal bill review audit and analysis, bankruptcy and vendor invoice review. Over the years, the firm’s highly skilled staff of attorneys and accountants has gained the reputation of offering unparalleled service whether working with an individual, a Fortune 500 company or engaging in a high profile bankruptcy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sell the value of the firm’s services by articulating how the firm’s solutions will meet the client’s cost management needs. This will be accomplished through provided leads, cold calling, advancing appointments and group presentations. • Develop strategic sales plan and forecasts. • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue objectives. • Cultivate and build strong business relationships with key corporate decision makers. • Attend industry conferences, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience: • Juris Doctorate degree (Law Firm experience is strongly preferred). • Possess minimum of five years of outside sales experience in the professional service industry. • Have in depth industry knowledge and ability to quickly develop an understanding of legal auditing. • Have experience traveling to customer locations.

COMPENSATION
