Executive Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a Senior Business Pricing/Business Volume Lead Executive with key responsibilities in reviewing RFP cost volume requirements for all assigned federal proposal submissions and developing a compliant compelling and accurate business volume.

Senior Business Pricing/ Business Volume Executive Position Overview:

* Responsible for overall management and development of the business volume.

* Leads, manages and coordinates the content required in the Business Volume.

*Works with the pricing lead to understand the basis of pricing, rationale and logic used to support the Unisys cost proposal submission.

*Develop narrative that supports pricing models and price strategy in line with Federal contracting requirements.

* Work with the technical and contractual team to balance the proposal assumptions between being overly restrictive so as to reduce the evaluation score while still ensuring that the company is protected from significant risks.

* Develop Business Volume Schedule and integrate into overall schedule.

* Develop outline and format for Business Volume.

*Coordinate with Contracts, Pricing, Procurement, & Program to receive required data which substantiates and clearly articulates the basis of cost and pricing as required for each submission.

*Anticipates problem areas and corrective actions

*Contributes to pricing strategy and approach

*Understands cost drivers and viable options to address them

*Supports procurement and technical teams to ensure teaming partners understand cost/price submissions to Unisys as the prime.

*Ensure that all Government required elements are developed and completed in compliance
with Government requirements and all forms and data is completed in full and accurately.

* Participate and contribute in recommendations for Pricing Strategy.

*Ensure that all price tables are formatted for production.

* Lead the Business Volume Review.

* Lead the Production and Book-Check for the Business Volume.

* Responsible to ensure high quality, compliance and accuracy of all business volume submissions.

*This position requires occasional overtime as needed

* Federal Contracting Background and understanding of Contract clauses and their impact on procurements.

* Federal contractor pricing background.

* Knowledge of Federal Solutions and Complex Services.

* Experience supporting Business Volumes / Cost Volumes.

* Excellent writing skills.

* Experience managing people to ensure deliverables and deadlines are achieved.

* Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.

* 10+ years of Federal contracting experience.
