Executive Job Description	Location: Florida - Miami Relocation: Yes To be considered for this position you must have: Experience in merchandising for a wholesale company. NOT RETAIL Solid experience with WOMEN'S apparel...particularly activewear. 10+ to 15 years of experience Management Experience Bachelor's Degree Our client is looking for someone to manage the department which will require experience as a designer (or managing designers) in a women's fashion business. Our client is searching for a merchandising executive with fashion and athletic apparel merchandising/design experience. The executive will be charged with leading the merchandising, design, and development of women's apparel line to address market opportunities, deliver on the brand promise while meeting financial objectives. This executive will direct a team consisting of designers and product managers to create seasonal product lines and collections from concepts through prototypes. Qualified candidates must have management experience, track record commensurate with the responsibilities, and desire to relocate to the area. A solid working knowledge of systems and personal productivity solutions is important. Must Have!!!!!!! Experience in merchandising for a wholesale company. NOT RETAIL Solid experience with WOMEN'S apparel...particularly activewear. Merchandising a predominantly wholesale business.
