Executive Job Description	Unique opportunity to be part of building a new operating team! VP of Operations will have oversight for all operations for the defined region, including responsibility for Profit & Loss. Serve as a liaison between the plan and Corporate. Establish operational strategic vision, objectives, policies and procedures.Identify opportunities for maintaining the most cost efficient operation. Meet regulatory and client expectations and develop a “best practice” approach to all operations. Accountability for budget, revenue targets and P&L. Assess organizational strengths and weaknesses to recommend enhanced operating model. Knowledge/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or equivalent. At least 8 years of experience in Management, Administration or Operations in the Healthcare or Insurance industry. Master’s degree preferred.
