You must have Big Box, multi-store operations expertise. A background from a large grocery retail operation and/or other large multiple store retailer.
We want to see steady career progression, currently employed (or very recently unemployed). Your background will include at least 7 years of retail store management experience supervising managers who have P&L responsibility, and at least 4 years of multi-facility management experience. This must have included stores located within metropolitan markets. Travel will be up to 50%.
