Executive Job Description | Senior SAP Manager send resume to annak@zoe-tech.com Strong manager with proven success to lead the Manufacturing Solutions Delivery Competency Center applications team and a deep background in retail/manufacturing combining leadership and experience in developing and implementing business strategies with a proven ability to lead projects and manage teams.
Candidates must have functional content expertise in SAP R3 SD, MM and PP modules and should be able to describe the functionality SAP provides with our customers and understand the impacts of designs/configuration/development to the business process.
The candidate should also be able to provide education and mentoring in SAP functionality to the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver Customer-recognized value and innovation Deliver reliable, cost effective secure systems that are available as designed Build capabilities that business partners perceive as valuable in delivering the brand experience Key liaison with brand leadership to prioritize, plan, and schedule system enhancements. Keep current on emerging trends and best practices as it is related to business objectives Consistently improve the quality, cost and speed of service Develop tactical and strategic plans for application changes, resource loading, application development and maintenance Employ continuous improvement methodology in process and technology optimization Understand upstream and downstream implications of integrated systems Build high quality plans, monitor progress and deliver on commitments Manage and deliver projects on time and on budget Manage cross functional impacts and relationships Prepare and communicate status, issues and opportunities to the business Identify and manage risk Cultivate a strong performance based culture Establish and monitor performance objectives for staff and conduct performance evaluations, monitor succession plans, career development Coaches/mentors/develops associates in career development and performance. QUALIFICATIONS: Solid understanding of SAP R3 SD, MM an PP 7+ years of professional experience Proven track record leading a team in full life cycle implementations. 5+ years production support experience 4 year degree in Information Technology or related degree with an emphasis on information systems. 3-5 years managing a team Strong understanding of specialty retail concepts and processes Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent written/oral communication skills
