Position Summary:
The Regional Power Program Manager will lead the regional sales & marketing strategies for our $50m global Power business through active involvement with distributors and end customers. This individual is responsible for cross-functional coordination, management, and achievement of regional power sales goals.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Works closely with Senior Power Market Manager to create, communicate, and execute the regional power strategy.
- Trains, develops, and manages regional Power Key Account Managers & Power Specialists, ensuring all commercialization initiatives and sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Focuses efforts on cross-distributorship coordination of the regional and global aspects necessary to support successful EPC and OEM new construction and other key power opportunities within their region.
- Manages relationships, assists in distributor relationship building, and executes plans and strategies with selected Power Alliance Accounts and key projects. Develops high-level contacts within these key accounts.
- Creates and manage forecasts for future sales achievement, including implementation of tracking and performance metrics to ensure deliverables are achieved.
- Works with distributors and customers to drive successful product & service implementation and customer issue resolution for our company in the power market.
- Works cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Engineering groups for tactical sales plan execution.
- Coordinates regional Voice of the Customer activities and gathers market intelligence through customer involvement, standards committees, and trade show activities to develop new customer solutions and growth initiatives.
- Develops and maintains clear understanding of regional buying behaviors, industry drivers, pricing trends, and competitor information. Identifies and communicates customer requirements to us for commercial, technical and production support.
