Location for this position:
Florida
The position should be necessary based in Miami. The expansion plans aim to develop de the brand throughout Florida first and the rest of the country later on.
Reports to:
Head of International Expansion and VP for USA and UK markets.
Positions reporting to this position:
Initially 4 direct reports up to 10 direct reports in the short-run with a total staff direct and non-direct in excess 200 people.
Mission, Responsibilities and Accountabilities for the position:
Global retailer world leader in Health and Nutrition seeks to appoint a Regional Manager for its local operations based in Florida. The candidate is expected to run the existing stores network while leading an aggressive expansion plan through the whole State.
This position will have a major goal consisting in providing growth through franchising formula. To this aim the candidate will be asked to hold marketing savvy and market insight along with a strong commercial/investors network to develop a global retail brand.
In the meantime he/she will be responsible for managing operations at full P&L responsibility for each individual own store while supporting franchisees ensuring the best business performance possible.
He/She will be General Manager for the whole American subsidiary company. He/She will lead growth in Florida while exploring and encouraging company roll-out nationwide through Master Franchising formula.
Desirably high caliber professional to lead retail operations and company growth.
Annual Budget for the position – Sales, Purchasing, Investments, Expenses, Human Resources, Materials, others:
According to company evolution. Turnover forecasts plan to achieve $5 M in 3 years

Job Requirements:
Incumbents shall be hands-on, pro-active, commercially and results driven, accustomed to manage huge company growth from scratch and scarcity, and able to spread out a bespoke and globally acknowledged brand in their region. Leadership and financial acumen is highly required.
Financial acumen and IT skillful and driven license.
Experience:
Two possible profiles are regarded for this position; qualified Dieticians to MS level in Health, or Human Nutrition or business professionals with Marketing background in retail or franchising markets.
The company needs a feet-on-the-ground, hands-on, enthusiastic, and skillful individual, accustomed to manage growth from scratch and scarcity, (the company is private, wealthy, big, but young so autonomy and self-motivation is absolutely mandatory).
Ideally He/she should hold previous experience in franchising system and retail operations, ideally from Health, Beauty or Fitness though it is not essential, with experience managing operations and sales in USA in different counties
Education:
Business education at Bs/Ms level, MBA highly desirable
Languages:
Bilingual English-Spanish is mandatory requirement (non-Spanish speaking candidates suiting specifications shall be also regarded)
