The Position: Due to continued growth a New position has been created by the executive management team for a talented Plant Manager with Medical Device (ISO 13485) and Molding experience. You will be part of the management team responsible for strategic planning for production, maintenance, the mold shop, shipping and quality within the company. You will manage the day to day operations of the plant, staff and mold shop. This position requires a candidate with strong leadership experience in a Medical Device Molding operation. You will direct continuous improvement activities to improve quality and productivity. Other responsibilities will include: staffing, training, coaching, budgeting, scheduling, Root Cause Analysis, sales support, special projects and building maintenance.
The Compensation: A base salary of 95K-100K plus a bonus of up to 15% as well as excellent benefits including a company funded pension plan. Some relocation assistance is offered to this low COL area with excellent schools and community activities.
The Requirements: You will possess the talent, ability, discipline and drive to take manufacturing to new levels of excellence, including experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. A BS degree and at least 7-10 years Operations experience with increasing levels of responsibility. A background in ISO 13485 & 9001, GMP, Injection Molding, 24/7 Manufacturing operations, Budgets, Cost Analysis, and Plant Expansions will help the successful candidate shine!
