Responsibilities:
* Management of daily operations including store and staff.
* Oversee projected sales of $10,000,000 - $15,000,000.
* Management of merchandising, safety, cost control, and inventory.
* Superior level Customer Service skills a must.
* Expense Management utilizing cost control measures and staff scheduling.
Job Qualifications:
* MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Operations Manager in a lumber and materials business.
* Proven background and successful track record in inventory management, safety, logistics, customer service in a results driven paced changing environment.
* Proficient us of Microsoft Office Products is a must.
* Process Improvement System-Lean Six Sigma not required but desired.
