Executive Job Description | Inter-relationships with the CEO, COO, CNO, Controller, Assistant Administrator all hospital and clinical directors, Corporate Office, Managed Care Organizations, and community employers.
Responsibilities include:
Departmental responsibility will be for Accounting, Business Office, Reimbursement, Managed Care, Medicinal Records, Utilization Review, Data Processing, Admitting, E.R. Registration.
Primary functions will require management of all financial department and allocation of resources. Hospital Compliance Officer. Prepare annual budget.

Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. - CPA preferred - Minimum of three years experience in a for profit acute care hospital as a controller. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated oral and written communications skills in the working environment. - Five years of management experience as a supervisor/manager. - Hands on experience with computer programs such as Excel, Lotus, and other spreadsheet programs. - Experience working in a team environment a must. |
