Executive Job Description | YES Partners client is a world leading Semiconductor Manufacturer Location: Germany with global responsibilities Responsibilities Provide leadership to and manage the Global RF and Automotive Business with profit and loss responsibilities. Direct the worldwide group to ensure the attainment of financial and operational goals. Develop and implement the strategic business plan, and drive organizational results to attain defined business growth plan, product roadmaps, and business sales forecasts. Establish budgets, short- and long-range objectives and criteria for monitoring progress and measuring success. Manage Engineering & Marketing resources for the business unit and optimize overall business efficiencies. Ensure increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the overall operations. Will require 25-50% travel.
Mandatory Skills Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a large worldwide engineering and marketing team, with ability to motivate, guide and develop professional staff. Ability to apply leadership, managerial and technical skills in the diverse areas of general business management, engineering, and product marketing. Proven skills in developing successful and productive customer relationships. Proven skills in managing in a matrix environment. Ability to work under minimal supervision with drive to bring projects to successful completion. Demonstrated strong problem solving skills, resolving a wide range of issues across diverse functional and geographical areas Results driven, with the ability to make the hard decisions and hold people accountable. Proven ability to attract and develop high caliber technical talent. An established track record in hiring exceptional people and the ability to grow their capabilities and establish a strong succession plan over time. Able to lead and inspire changes in thinking and approach throughout an organization.
Education BS in Engineering required MBA preferred
Experience 15 years experience in business management capacity with Global accountability, preferably in the semiconductor and automotive industry.
