Executive Job Description	General Manager Department : Clothing Location : Shanghai Reporting to: Clothing Director Job Purpose: To build and implement business strategies for product category within the hub and lead hub category teams in the positive manners and working relationships for delivering the right products on time and at the right cost Responsibilities: •Formulating business strategies and build a clear vision of the business plan for the category •Formulating clear supplier strategy and manage the category supplier base •Building and maintaining positive working relationships with buying teams, hub delivery teams and suppliers •Networking with local government, NGO and other influence groups and ensuring that the Company brand name is maintained •Manage annual budget for the cost centre with respect to shipments and costs •Identifying business risks, planning risk mitigation and communicating them to all key stakeholders •Delivering business projects according to company business plan •Leading and coaching the hub commercial, technical and support teams; provide on-time performance and talent management of the team •Identify change opportunities and work closely with the change team to implement change plans •Handling Ad-hoc and Special Projects Requirements : •University graduate in Apparel or Textile; •Minimum 10 years?solid sourcing experience in related industry; •Strong product knowledge and experience in European, UK and Asian market; •Experience in regional sourcing for international buying office with extensive manufacturer network in China •Resourceful, energetic, analytical and competent; •Outstanding leadership skills and a good team player. .
