Executive Job Description | Reporting Structure: Director, Car Group
Position Location: Taipei
THE COMPANY
A well-known Hong Kong car group, operating successfully the dealerships of many reputable car brands in the Greater China region.
THE POSITION
The successful candidate will have demonstrated, through past experience, to work independently. He/She will lead the operations team to develop sales networking, manage the showroom & the service workshop, and be responsible for the P/L of the 4-S dealership. The position will be based in Taipei.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for the strategic, administrative & operational aspects and overall management of the Taiwan dealership.
•Managing the sales force and the after-sales parts & service operation;
•Exploring and developing new business opportunities and new customers;
•Responsible for the development of the company strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and business results;
•Establishing good customer relationship, understanding and supporting customers' needs and requirements;
•Good planning strategy and coordination of all sales and marketing activities according to plan;
•Reinforcing both the marque and model images;
•Liaising closely with the Principal regarding strategies and policies
•Responsible for the P/L of the operation
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
•Good track record and operation experience in running a 4-S car dealership in Taiwan, preferably in the upmarket segment;
•Already working as Assistant GM/General Manager in the automobile industry;
•University graduate or automobile engineering background an advantage;
•At least 10 years relevant working experience in managerial role;
•Good leadership;
•Efficient communication skill, aggressive, enthusiastic.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluency in Mandarin and English
